When may a patient call in their INR results?

24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Is the PPM Service™ program secure?
Yes

Are there any limitations when making a call?
No. Patients may call toll free from any state in the country including Alaska and Hawaii using a touch-tone phone and their unique PPM Service™ password. (International calls are not toll free)

Can my practice access patient INR results via the internet?
Yes.

How do my patients and practice benefit from the PPM Service™ program?
Studies have shown that patients who test more frequently and are monitored by their health care provider stay in range a greater percentage of the time. PPM Service™ is easy to use and cost effective for managing patients on oral anticoagulation therapy.
