What does PPM stand for?

Protime Patient Monitoring A flexible solution for monitoring and managing your patient’s INR.

When may a patient call in their INR results?

24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Is the PPM program secure?

Yes. Complete HIPAA compliance.

Are there any limitations when making a call?

No. Patients may call toll free from any state in the country including Alaska and Hawaii using a touch-tone phone and their unique PPM password. (International calls are not toll free)

Can my practice access patient INR results via the internet?

Yes.

How do my patients and practice benefit from the PPM program?

Studies have shown that patients who test more frequently and are monitored by their health care provider stay in range a greater percentage of the time. PPM is easy to use and cost effective for managing patients on oral anticoagulation therapy.
