24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Is the PPM Service™ program secure?
Yes
Are there any limitations when making a call?
No. Patients may call toll free from any state in the country including Alaska and Hawaii
using a touch-tone phone and their unique PPM Service™ password. (International calls are not toll free)
Can my practice access patient INR results via the internet?
Yes.
